The Mexico City government reported 590,327 confirmed accumulated cases of COVID-19 in the country's capital, as well as 38,014 deaths from the same disease, according to the latest report from the Federal Ministry of Health.
This week marked the beginning of the fourth phase of COVID-19 vaccination for older adults in the Venustiano Carranza borough, as well as the administration of the second dose of Sputnik V in Xochimilco, Tláhuac, and Iztapalapa. It is estimated that more than 400,000 seniors have now been vaccinated across nine districts.
