• The hospital-grade air system was designed to generate breathable air for hospitals and medical institutions.
• This system complies with the NFPA 99 Level 1 air requirements.
• The POWEREX oil-free reciprocating or "oilless" compressor operates in a two-stage cycle. This achieves lower compression temperatures, leading to better efficiency and less wear on the mechanism.
• The technology employed by POWEREX in the piston material, the dual cooling fans, and their continuously lubricated seals ensure a long service life and low maintenance for the equipment.

• The storage tank is built according to ASME. Each tank is certified to operate at a pressure of 100 psig. All tanks have a moisture drain (manual or automatic).

• The regenerative desiccant system consists of two dual towers filled with desiccant. Each tower cycles, first drying the air and then regenerating itself. The dry air removes moisture from each tower and releases it into the environment.
• Dew point monitor: Indicates dew point and temperature. It has a microprocessor which handles alarm and calibration. The monitor is housed in a NEMA 12 enclosure with a polycarbonate window.
• Carbon monoxide monitor: Measures the presence of carbon monoxide in the air and triggers an alarm when levels exceed the permitted limit. In addition to the audiovisual alarm, the monitor displays the reading of the CO concentration in the air. The monitor operates at 110 VAC. Alarm levels are preset at 10 PPM (low) and 20 PPM (high).
