Description:

Direct steam bedpan and urinal washer-disinfector and sanitizer from an EBP brand boiler, for emptying, cleaning, thermal, and chemical disinfection.

Features:

• Bedpan and urinal washer-disinfector, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with floor discharge.
• Requires boiler steam; direct steam
• Cabinet-type unit with standard dimensions (540 x 400 x 1400mm (width x depth x height), floor-mounted, vertical type.
• Internal chamber constructed in a single piece of AISI 304 stainless steel, free of corners and edges, with smooth borders to prevent dirt accumulation and bacterial growth (sanitary finish).
• It has a port for external temperature measurement as well as for its validation.
• Interface for transmitting data to external software via RJ45-Ethernet port.
• Electronic control panel, microprocessor-controlled.
• 16-character LCD screen showing status, times, temperature, and selected cycle, with IP65 shielding according to ANSI/60529-2004 standard.

Installation and commissioning:

• Requires 110-120V/60Hz electrical current, water, steam, and drainage.
• Drain connection at 76mm with threaded system screwed to the pipe.
• It can have up to 7 fixed and 5 rotating sprayers for rinsing and washing.
• Mechanical Guides are provided to facilitate installation once the equipment is delivered, along with a maintenance and service manual.
• Cooling system without air and water intake.
