Features:

• Ultrasonic washer for cleaning and descaling organic material from instruments and/or CSSD material.
• Equipment for cleaning and descaling material using a combination of high-temperature cleaning solution (50°C) and an ultrasonic frequency transducer (40kHz).
• The equipment controls the temperature and the washing cycle time; parameters are programmed via the PLC, and we don't need to monitor the cycle until its end.
• Automatic heater on/off system; a temperature sensor (PT100) is included for temperature control and electro-levels for heating start and purge control.
• The equipment has an automatic drain valve which, if necessary, can be operated manually. An automatic filling system controlled by the equipment's electro-levels can be included; please request this option.
• The wash tank is made 100% from AISI 304 grade 14 Stainless Steel, as are the transducer and the grid, also in Stainless Steel.
• For better performance of your EBP UX100 ultrasonic washer, use softened water and low-foaming enzymatic soap.
