Description

• Bedpan washer disinfector with floor drain
• Rectangular chamber (housing), made of cast aluminum.
• Operation control where the user requires it (even if it's far from the equipment)
• Trap (siphon) and elbow for floor connection: Cast aluminum.
• Bedpan holders: Cast bronze (chromed) and/or aluminum.
• Connections: Bronze, brass, and stainless steel.
• Hinged door operated by foot pedal with slow closing via hydraulic cylinder.
• Safety system that prevents opening and escape of water and steam when the equipment is in operation

Steam Generator:

• Constructed entirely of T-304 Stainless Steel
• Connects to 120 V. 60 Hz. AC power line.
• Steam generation starts automatically when the equipment is turned on, and water replenishment is automatically controlled with electric levels or a float, featuring a water supply failure alarm and digital temperature indicator.

Aluminum and Polyester Finish:

• Oven-baked polyurethane enamel paint for high resistance to acids, alkalis, and operating temperatures.

Installation:

• Hydrosanitary, steam inlet, atmospheric exhaust, and drain discharge

Operation:

• AUTOMATIC, with microprocessor electronic control with predetermined programs, one of 30/60 sec. for washing with water inlet and 30/60 sec. for disinfection by means of self-generated steam inlet, with cycle start button and digital temperature indicator. With control panel with membrane keys and selection of at least three operating cycles.
• Digital display, with indicator of the selected program's cycle and phase
• Electric Control Panel for Selection of predetermined operating cycles.
• The construction of this equipment integrates flow restrictors, solenoids, steam traps, aerators, and diffuser nozzles to prevent splashing and ensure perfect washing.
