It is a broad-spectrum, multi-purpose SANITIZER that effectively eliminates BACTERIA, VIRUSES, and FUNGI, providing disinfection and cleaning in a single operation.

Its fungicidal properties destroy mold, fungi, and bacteria, preventing foul odors caused by the decomposition of organic materials.

Its citric cleaning power and moisturizing active ingredients allow it to penetrate grime, emulsifying dirt and keeping it in suspension without leaving soapy residue.

Broad-spectrum against gram-positive and gram-negative organisms.

Organic dirt or hardness do not affect its germicidal activity or inactivate its action.

It is chemically stable.

It acts in a pH range from 2 to 11, at an operating temperature from ambient up to approximately 100 degrees C.
