It is a broad-spectrum, multi-purpose sanitizer that effectively eliminates bacteria, viruses, and fungi, providing disinfection and cleaning in a single operation.

· Its fungicidal properties destroy mold, fungi, and bacteria, preventing bad odors caused by the decomposition of organic materials.

· Its citrus cleaning power and humectant active ingredients allow it to penetrate grime, emulsifying dirt and keeping it in suspension without leaving soapy residues.

· Broad-spectrum against gram-positive and gram-negative organisms.

· Organic dirt or water hardness do not affect its germicidal activity or inactivate its action.

· It is chemically stable.

· Works in a pH range of 2 to 11, at operating temperatures from ambient up to approximately 100 degrees C.
