Description:

Our equipment uses the physical principle of gravity air removal through direct steam supply, which generates saturated steam pressure as a sterilizing agent, an efficient reason why it is possible to sterilize clothing, instruments, liquids, Petri dishes, milk formulas, utensils, and all items stable to humidity, pressure, and temperature of 121° Celsius.

It is delivered with a cabinet or for wall mounting; these units are ideal for sterilizing clothing, surgical instruments, and liquids, as well as for processing milk or laboratory formulas.

Features:

• From the digital control's illuminated screen, one of the SEVEN sterilization programs can be selected (small linen packs; large linen packs; small liquid flasks; large liquid flasks; rubber or latex material; instruments, and drying).
• All programs have visual and audible alarms.
• On the microprocessor screen, separate chamber and jacket temperature values, the chosen program, sterilization time, and drying time are displayed on a countdown timer.
• If the user requires it, after each sterilization cycle, a graph and report of pressures and temperatures, minute by minute, of the selected program can be obtained through a computer connected to the equipment; this same signal can be sent up to 50 meters away from the device, for example, to the nurses' station, and can also be saved on a CD with up to a year of operations performed or, if the user requires it.
• Operation by means of self-generated steam via an electric steam generator.

Technical specifications:

• Motorized self-cleaning valves, which is an exclusive technological development.
• Inner chamber: 40 x 40 x 61 cm (16 x 26 x 24")
• Inner chamber type 316L, 4.6 mm thick.
• Outer jacket of type 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 6.35 millimeters, sealed with electric welding, which has been tested at a hydraulic pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 (80 lbs/in2) and a temperature of 145° Celsius. The chamber is lined with 25-millimeter (1") aluminum-clad fiberglass as thermal insulation.
• The door is made of ½ inch thick stainless steel plate, thus far exceeding the international ASME standard for boiler pressures.
