Workstation with sterile air supply that generates a particle-free environment, for use where biohazardous materials are not handled and user protection is not required. They offer vertical airflow through a HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency for particles 0.3 microns or larger.

Materials of manufacture:

  • Exterior body made of smooth galvanized sheet metal, 20 gauge (ASTM A-653 quality), with an electrostatic powder coating finish of epoxy and polyester resins.
  • Base structure made of 1 1/4" square tubing, with a perimeter skirt and plastic glides, with an electrostatic paint finish.
  • Work surface made of 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel. (with option for laminated plastic surface)
  • Imported HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency for particles 0.3 microns or larger.
  • Prefilter (2) with 35% efficiency.

Accessories and services included:

  • Direct drive 4-speed centrifugal fan with 1/3 H.P. low noise motor (imported).
  • LED lighting system. Box with 1 LED lamp, 9W, 750 lumens, and 35,000 hr. lifespan.
  • Plate with switches for lighting system and motor.
  • Polarized 125V, 15A single-phase duplex receptacle.
