Single-step immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigens from nasopharyngeal swab samples from patients with symptoms of COVID-19 infection.
It is a simple and highly sensitive screening assay to aid in the diagnosis of infection caused by SARS-CoV-2.
The antigen test can detect the presence of SARS-CoV-2 viral nucleocapsid (N) protein in a nasal or nasopharyngeal sample at a very low concentration without any high-dose hook effect.
