Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
We offer free exchanges or returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product and receive store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
On some occasions, products may be missing, out of stock, or discontinued by the brand. In such cases, we will refund your money to your bank account within 48 hours. If you paid by credit or debit card, the time it takes for your bank to process the refund will vary.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange and return policy. Below are some examples:
- Discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must not show visible signs of use or wear.
- The processing time for a product return can take up to 10 business days, as the supplier is contacted and a negotiation for product changes and returns is managed.
- Oxygen concentrators are not eligible for returns, as they have hours of use, and once turned on, the time starts running. Furthermore, they are used by patients with serious health conditions, and putting more people at risk would not be possible.
- We only exchange equipment or products with manufacturing defects.
- Equipment will be sent back to our offices for review. If found damaged due to incorrect use, there will be a repair cost.
