The manufacturer in Mexico of EBP registered brand autoclaves launches its new RV60/RV3648/RV3660 line based on direct steam from a boiler or self-generated steam.

It features a fully automatic computerized electronic PLC (Programmable Logic Control) microprocessor control with a 5.7", 7" or larger "Touch Screen" display.

In color with the option to maximize the high-definition backlight display, with the option of manual operation.

To sterilize any material that resists steam humidity and high temperatures; integrated in the upper front or side to save space.

The control has twelve factory pre-programmed cycles by highly qualified personnel, achieving reliable sterilization within current AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) standards.

With the possibility of varying the temperature and time of each cycle from 0 to 99 minutes according to process needs, giving us a variety of more than 20 cycles, the required pre-vacuums, and the selected drying time from 0 to 30 minutes.

The control contains a backup to maintain the program in case of power interruption for up to 120 minutes, and a voltage regulator for protection.

It has a program that stores the history of the last 1,000 cycles performed and any failures on a USB to be downloaded to a PC by EBP personnel for consultation or printing.
