Description:

Our equipment uses the physical principle of gravity air removal through direct steam supply, which generates saturated steam pressure as a sterilization agent, an efficient reason why it is possible to sterilize clothes, instruments, liquids, Petri dishes, milk formulas, utensils, and all articles stable to humidity, pressure, and a temperature of 121° Celsius.

It is delivered with a cabinet or for flush mounting in a wall; these devices are ideal for sterilizing clothes, surgical instruments, and liquids, as well as for processing milk formulas or laboratory formulas.

Features:

• From the digital control's illuminated screen, one of the SEVEN sterilization programs can be selected (small linen packs; large linen packs; small liquid flasks; large liquid flasks; rubber or latex material; instruments, and re-drying).
• All programs have visual and audible alarms.
• On the microprocessor screen, you can see the separate temperature values for the chamber and jacket, the chosen program, sterilization time, and drying time on a countdown timer.
• If the user requires it, after each sterilization cycle, a graph and report of pressures and temperatures, minute by minute, of the selected program can be obtained through a computer connected to the equipment; this same signal can be sent up to 50 meters away from the device, for example, to the nurses' station, and can also be saved on a CD with up to a year of operations performed or, if the user requires it.
• Operation by means of steam supplied by a line from the hospital or laboratory boiler.

• The chamber is lined with 25 millimeter (1") aluminum-clad fiberglass as thermal insulation.
• The door is made of ½ inch thick stainless steel plate, which more than satisfies the international ASME standard for boiler pressures.
