Description:

Our equipment uses the physical principle of gravity air removal through the direct supply of water vapor, which generates saturated steam pressure as a sterilizing agent. This efficient method allows for the sterilization of clothing, instruments, liquids, Petri dishes, infant formula, utensils, and all items stable to humidity, pressure, and a temperature of 121° Celsius.

It is delivered with a cabinet or can be wall-mounted; this equipment is ideal for sterilizing clothing, surgical instruments, and liquids, as well as for processing infant formula or laboratory formulas.

  • This equipment can be prepared to meet customer needs, operating with slow or fast drying exhaust, depending on the case for solids, liquids, gloves, instruments, clothing, etc.
Technical specifications:
  • Manual equipment has a multiple valve for performing different sterilization cycles in the selected way (sterilize, fast exhaust, slow exhaust, drying, and end of cycle).
  • The inner chamber is made of 4.6 mm thick 316L stainless steel plate.
  • The outer jacket is made of 6.35 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, sealed with electric welding, which has been tested at a hydraulic pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 (80 psi) and a temperature of 145° Celsius.
  • The chamber is lined with 25 mm (1") fiberglass with aluminum coating, as thermal insulation.
  • The door is made of ½ inch thick stainless steel plate, thus fully satisfying the international ASME standard for boiler pressures.

    • VOLTAGE: 220 volts per phase at 55 amps (three-phase current);
    • WATTS: 12,000 to 18,000 watts of power, depending on the model
    • OPERATING PRESSURE: 1.4 kg/cm
  • As an additional safety measure, all our equipment is fitted with a level tube at the front, for better control over the water quantity in the electric steam generator, and also has a protection system for the heating elements, which cuts off the electrical current and sounds an alarm when the water level in the generator is low, thus preventing the heating elements from burning out.
