Description:

• As soon as the device lid is lifted, the FRED PA-1 defibrillator switches on automatically.
• You only need to place the pre-connected electrodes on the patient's chest. The systematic pre-charge allows the shock to be delivered at the necessary moment.
• The patient is defibrillated through disposable adhesive electrodes (Pads) which also acquire the ECG signal for analysis.
• The user can choose between pediatric or adult electrodes, with the assurance that the device precisely identifies the type of electrodes connected and automatically selects the corresponding energy levels for defibrillation.
• Available as a semi-automatic or fully automatic device.
• In its automatic version, the FRED PA-1 delivers the shock without the user having to perform any action.
• In its semi-automatic version, the FRED PA-1 instructs the user to deliver the shock by pressing the corresponding button.
• It stores a maximum of 2 hours of intervention data including 500 events; using an SD memory card, intervention data can be easily retrieved.
• Long-lasting battery (5 years) to always be prepared for the day it is needed.
• The battery charge is analyzed during self-check and, if the level is low, it is indicated by an LED.
• Facilitates Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation by indicating the correct hand position; marking a regular rhythm (metronome) and reporting the frequency of chest compressions based on impedance measurements without any additional sensor (FreeCPR).
