Description:

• Body: Manufactured entirely from 20-gauge galvanized steel, enamel finished with electrostatically applied epoxy polyester powder paint, oven-hardened.
• Internal chamber: Manufactured from 18-gauge, t-304 stainless steel, p3 finish.

• Reaches a peak temperature of 220ºC with excellent heat uniformity, between 100ºC and 150ºC
• Inner cabinet made of 20-gauge 304 stainless steel
• Outer body made of 20-gauge enameled cold-rolled steel
