The 10-A LED ophthalmoscope offers ideal features for a clear and sharp observation of the fundus. It includes mirrors to adjust the position of the visual axis and allows for three-dimensional observation of the patient's fundus.
Features:
- For a fundus examination, mydriatic eye drops are applied to dilate the pupils.
- However, the use of eye drops is restricted.
- Patients who cannot apply them are examined with small pupils.
- Direct and monocular indirect ophthalmoscopes allow light to enter even with small pupils, and the illumination can be manually adjusted.
- On the other hand, in the case of indirect binocular ophthalmoscopes, a system is needed to bring the light closer and fixed mirrors.
