The 10-A LED ophthalmoscope offers ideal features for clear and sharp observation of the fundus. It includes mirrors to adjust the position of the visual axis and allows for three-dimensional observation of the patient's fundus.

- For a fundus examination, mydriatic eye drops are applied to dilate the pupils.
- However, the use of eye drops is restricted.
- Patients who cannot use them are examined with small pupils.
- Direct ophthalmoscopes and monocular indirect ophthalmoscopes allow light to enter even with small pupils, and the illumination can be adjusted manually.
- On the other hand, binocular indirect ophthalmoscopes require a system to bring the light closer and fixed mirrors.
- It includes mirrors to adjust the position of the visual axis and allows for three-dimensional observation of the patient's fundus.
- The illumination mirror is located at a height close to the visual axis, thus allowing light to penetrate the fundus.
