Description:
Eclipse is a multifunctional screening or diagnostic device that connects with audiologic software modules integrated into a PC. With the EP15 and ASSR software modules, you can perform the following via OtoAccess™:
- Medium and late latency evoked potential tests (EP15/25)
- Auditory Steady-State Response (ASSR) tests
Eclipse can measure all types of auditory evoked potentials and otoacoustic emissions. It performs all tests from a single, high-performance hardware unit that connects directly to a personal computer, laptop, or workstation. Results are transferred to a commonly used database, with reports that can be printed on paper or shared electronically.
Intended use of EP1: Eclipse EP15 is designed to be used in electrophysiological evaluation, documentation, and diagnosis of ear diseases in humans. EP15 is a two-channel evoked potential system that allows recording waveforms that can be used in diagnostic and screening applications. EP15 allows recording auditory brainstem responses (ABR). EP15 can be used in patients of all ages.
Intended use of ASSR: Eclipse ASSR (Auditory Steady-State Response) is designed to be used in the recording and analysis of human physiological data for the diagnosis of auditory and hearing-related functions. Eclipse ASSR can be used in patients of all ages.

The Interacoustics ASSR module represents the new generation of steady-state potentials (ASSR). A groundbreaking tool that provides accurate threshold values and allows reducing test time by more than half.
Up to 8 thresholds (4 frequencies per ear) can be achieved in less than 30 minutes, making the Interacoustics ASSR module the perfect tool for threshold evaluation in very young children and other patients where behavioral audiometry is impractical.
A specific stimulus and the spectrum detection engine are two of the patented features that enhance the Interacoustics ASSR module in relation to traditional ASSR techniques.
