Description:

The most common and costly injuries suffered by healthcare and care workers are, by far, lower back injuries. 80% of these injuries are due to frequent bending/twisting movements of the torso and forced postures, such as lifting a patient to move them. Medi-rollerPRO has been designed to prevent such overexertion and allows patients to be moved laterally without lifting them and with hardly any force, while being comfortable and safe for the patient.

Features:

  • Medi-roller PRO consists of a compact, padded, ultralight, and very resistant core, with a super-slippery surface finish that reduces friction with the tubular cover.
  • The tubular cover is easy to sanitize, with a pleasant feel on the outside and a sliding surface on the inside, which allows the board to slide with little effort. Disposable covers are also available.
  • The Medi-roller PRO transfer board facilitates the daily work of caregivers, performing their work safely and ergonomically by simplifying the task of transferring patients without lifting them, avoiding overexertion and forced postures that can cause injuries.
  • It has a sliding tubular cover for transfers from beds, stretchers, operating tables, X-ray tables, etc.
  • Suitable for transferring patients weighing up to 135 kg between two surfaces with a height difference of up to 20 cm, and separated by up to 20 cm.
