Características:
- Lavadora Ultrasónica para lavado y desincrustación de material orgánico en instrumental y/o materialde CEYE.
- Equipo de lavado y desincrustación de material por medio de la combinación de solución de limpiezaa alta temperatura (50°C) y un transductor de frecuencia ultrasónica (40kHz).
- El equipo controla la temperatura y el tiempo del ciclo de lavado; donde por medio del PLC seprograma los parámetros y nos des entendemos del ciclo hasta su fin.
- Sistema de encendido y apagado automático del calefactor; se cuenta con un sensor de temperatura(PT100) para el control de temperatura y electro-niveles para el inicio del calentamiento y control depurga.
- El equipo cuenta con una válvula de drenaje automático la cual de ser necesario puede seraccionado de manera manual. Se puede contar con un sistema de llenado automático controlado porlos electro-niveles del equipo, por favor solicitar esta opción
- La tina de lavado, se encuentra fabricada 100% en Acero Inoxidable AISI 304 cal 14, así como eltransductor y la rejilla tambien en Acero Inoxidable
- Para un mejor desempeño de su lavadora ultrasónica EBP UX100 utilice agua suavizada y jabónenzimático de baja espuma.
